AHA Stories is a modern math teaching tool that’s already being used by over 1,200 kids every week, and 9 out of 10 teachers recommend adding it to their physical classes.
Short, engaging 5-minute video clips help children understand topics more easily and help teachers create a structured, playful, and effective lesson rhythm.

The tool is exclusively focused on the real classroom environment: the content is prepared in accordance with the general education program and divided into classes, textbooks, chapters, and topics.

• Teachers’ everyday life. Teachers openly stated that lesson planning and engaging children is becoming increasingly difficult. They lacked a tool that could be used here and now, during lessons, without additional training or lengthy preparation.
• Analytics. Before the project, AHA Stories had no metrics: how many times lessons were viewed, whether they were viewed in full, which lessons were most helpful, how active teachers were, or whether subscriptions were actually being used. Content was created “blindly,” without any data.
• Large amount of content → complicated navigation. There are: grades 5 and 6, several textbooks, dozens of chapters, dozens of lessons. Teachers can easily get lost — and they don’t have time for that. Navigation had to be critically clear, without any learning curve.
• Teacher validation. Since the tool had to be free for teachers, it needed: reliable identity verification based on the teacher registry, an automatic approval process, and protection against fake registrations.

Parent funnel. We have created a simple and effective path for parents:

Registration:

• • 1 free lesson is provided;
  • after a certain period of time, an automatic email is sent → 72 hours later, the remaining content is unlocked so that they can actually try it out;
  • later, a follow-up email is sent with a 10% discount on a subscription.
  • If inactive → the system locks the content but leaves 1 demo lesson.

The goal is to demonstrate value, reduce barriers, and build trust.

Teacher identity verification module.

We have integrated automatic verification with the teacher registry:

• • The teacher enters their first name, last name, and date of birth.
  • The system automatically checks the state data.
  • The administrator only confirms.

This ensures fair access, clear user control, and clean database growth.

• Navigation is clear and fast. Teachers no longer need to learn the system—it can be used spontaneously during class.
