Šiaurės kryptimi (Northbound) is the largest school of Nordic languages in Lithuania, bringing together a community united by a love of Scandinavia, knowledge, and a desire to learn since 2015.
It consists of lecturers and translators working with Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, and Icelandic languages, as well as providing translation services to individuals and companies.

Before the partnership, Šiaurės kryptis faced a few big challenges:

• Some of their websites were infected and had security holes. This limited visibility, reduced user confidence, and hindered smooth operations.
• The organization had several separate pages (the main website; a separate site for Norwegian; a separate site for Swedish; a newly emerging Lithuanian language course page), which looked different, had different logic, repetitive information, and an unclear structure.
  All registrations were monitored manually. This slowed down processes, increased the likelihood of errors, and took time away from valuable activities.
• There was no possibility to purchase learning tools, and there was no clear logic on how to combine Moodle with additional tools or course sales.

Together with Šiaurės kryptis, we implemented a complete digital transformation with the aim of creating a unified, orderly, professional-looking, and easily manageable ecosystem.

• We analyzed:
• • all pages,
  • different domains,
  • duplication of information,
  • flow logic,
  • daily administration headaches.

Based on this, we created a clear, consistent information architecture.

• We created a modular block library that allows you to create pages across all domains while maintaining a consistent style.
• We integrated EXOCLASS. We took care of the entire registration process. This allowed the team to devote more time to what creates value – the training itself, content improvement, and communication with clients.
• We implemented Woocommerce and created an e-shop section for learning tools. We added clear CTAs to Moodle on how to access additional resources.
• Complete programming and multilingual setup. We fixed security vulnerabilities.
